    By using our software, you accept the following terms and conditions:
    
    Of ownership of the software.
    
    As a registered user is entitled to use the software as much as you wish. Your DOWNLOAD not grants you a license to use NAP Source on a computer you need a permit for National Auto Parts, and for additional computers you requiring license authorization. At no time was allowed to distribute its registered copy to any other person, firm or business, regardless of their affiliation. NAP San Diego LLC and retains ownership of the original software and all copies. Their record is by no means a sale of the ownership of software or any copy. You are not allowed to make any modifications to, or create derivative works from any of the files that are used in this software.
    
    Limited Warranty.
    
    The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The user must assume the entire risk as to the quality and performance of the software. If the software causes damage to your Operating System; you assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair or correction.
    
    Limitation of Liability.
    
    ANY CASE, National Auto Parts San Diego or any of its authorized distributors or suppliers be liable to you or any other party for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, loss of savings, interrupted business, loss of business information or other incidental or emerging) arising out of use or inability to use this software, even if NAP San Diego has been advised of the possibility of such damages. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. GENERAL: You acknowledge that you have read this agreement, we understand, and that the opening or use of our software you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. In addition, you agree that this statement is the complete and exclusive agreement between you and NAP San Diego, which supersedes any prior agreement or proposal.
